| Full Day Hobart After visiting the Constitution dock area, Salamanca Place and Battery Point, we pass through rural farming and grazing land, pausing briefly at the Wooden Boat Centre in Franklin, where we can observe first hand the manufacture of hand built wooden craft by master craftsman. Passing through the dry forest areas we arrive at the spectacular Tahune Forest Airwalk where we walk high above and through the tree tops some 20 metres above the forest floor. After lunch, take a stroll at river level through the Huon Pine Rain Forest Trail before returning to your hotel.

| Full Day Port Arthur We travel around the historic birthplace of this fascinating city - Salamanca Place, Constitution Dock and Battery Point before arriving at the gateway to the Forestier and Tasman Peninsulas. Here Able Tasman’s 1642 expedition first set foot on this land, the first known Europeans to do so. We then make our way to Port Arthur, visiting the Tessellated Pavement which is a unique rock formation disappearing into the sea. After a light lunch our guide will personally escort you around the ruins of Port Arthur settlement telling you tales of the hardships suffered by the convicts.
